急峻な山間に茶畑が点在する東吉野は、完全無農薬の茶栽培を手掛けるには最適です。
放棄された茶畑を開墾し、お茶の葉の先端だけを手で摘んで作った白茶です。
茶葉を日陰で寝かせる工程（萎凋）を通じて、茶葉が白ががることから白茶と呼ばれています。
めいりょくは、奈良県在来品種である「やまとみどり」と有名品種である「やぶきた」の掛け合わせです。
すっとした清涼感のある味わいが特徴です。
1煎、2煎と煎を重ねるたびに少しずつ味わいが変わっていき、何杯も楽しむことができます。
白茶は熟成すること味わいが大きく変化します。1年経過した白茶は、青さが完全に抜け、深い甘みが増します。
熟成期間が長いほど、深みのある甘い味わいになります。また、やぶきたとは全く違う味わいになります。

【美味しい飲み方】
茶葉 1.5g
お湯 100㏄
湯温 90℃
茶器 磁器/ガラス（陶器の場合、味と香りが十分に出ない可能性が高いです。）
1.すべての器にお湯を入れ、温めます。
2.急須（茶壷）/蓋碗に、茶葉を入れます。
3.熱湯（90℃以上）を注ぎます。
蒸らし時間 1.2煎目 30秒
3煎目～ 60秒～
徐々に蒸らし時間を延ばしてください、5～6煎くらい飲んでいただけます。
4.茶杯（カップ）に注ぎます。この時、お茶をしっかりと出し切ります。注ぎ終わったら、蓋碗または急須（茶壷）の蓋は少し開けておきます。
5.茶杯（カップ）に注ぎ、お召し上がりください。
【保存方法】
高温多湿を避けて、常温で保管してください。
Higashiyoshino, where tea fields are scattered throughout the steep mountainous terrain, is ideal for completely pesticide-free tea cultivation. We reclaimed abandoned tea fields and hand-picked one bud and two leaves to create white tea through hand-rolling processing. When sipped, this tea offers a fruity and rich aroma with sweetness that spreads in your mouth. The flavor subtly changes with each successive brewing from the first to second steeping, allowing you to enjoy multiple cups.

Brewing Instructions:
Tea leaves: 1.5g
Water: 100ml
Water temperature: 90°C
Teaware: Porcelain/Glass (If using ceramic, the flavor and aroma may not be fully extracted)
1.Pour hot water into all vessels to warm them.
2.Place tea leaves into the teapot/gaiwan.
3.Pour hot water (90°C or higher).
・Steeping time: 1st & 2nd brewing: 30 seconds
・3rd brewing onward: 60+ seconds
・Gradually extend the steeping time. You can enjoy 5-6 brewings.
4.Pour into tea cups, making sure to pour out all the tea completely. After pouring, leave the lid of the gaiwan or teapot slightly open.
Serve in tea cups and enjoy.
